There is an easy way to combine both alphabets, but I don´t know how to explain you the way to do it, because the options in my computer are in spanish and I don't know how do they call it in english. If you want I can explain it how to do it with and spanish computer and you could try to do it with your computer.
You can buy online to some russian shops, but I think it is not very safe.I have a bilingual keyboard, most of russian people use that.Also you can print in a paper the russian keyboard configuration and then practice a lot, your will remember the positions after a while.
